In order to capitalize on the changing aspens in Colorado, we decided to go for an overnight hike to Booth Lake, just outside of Vail. The aspens were not quite in full color yet, but the hike was still beautiful. Booth Lake was a small like perched on a small shelf surrounded by the typical craggy ridges and peaks of the Gore Range. A beautiful way to usher in Fall!
