New Years in Glenwood Springs

Our friends the Posts invited us to join their family, plus Lonny and Tracy, up in a rented house in Glenwood over New Years. We barely made it out of Denver before the second snow storm hit the city (I-70 was closed through Eisenhower Tunnel, so we had to divert over Berthoud Pass), but once we made it over the Continental Divide, the roads were clear and dry. We skied two days at Sunlight (a small ski area a few minutes away from Glenwood), went snowshoeing in Aspen, played games, watched movies, and rang in the New Year - it was great!
